Islandlife – Ocean Living, was a lifestyle magazine which I created for London based agency Medes Media. It was supposed to be a bimonthly paid publication covering lifestyle topics such as fashion, food, beauty, health, spa, nightlife, entertainment & more; and catering exclusively to the people living in the artificial islands built around the shores of Dubai such as Palm Jumeirah, Palm Deira, World Islands, etc.

It was quite a promising and exciting magazine that was all set to ride the big waves that lead to glory. But it met a fate similar to MEC. Before it could surf the waves, it got drowned by surly tides of the 2008-09 recession. May be bad luck or bad timing, but I was happy to get my efforts worth in this sort of a venture. Any potential buyers can reach me if they wish to invest in this horse that never participated in any race, as it's not a bad idea after all!
